Due to good feedback Upitrek has entered the QualityNet Ranking List January - March 2010!

Upitrek as a member of Quality 1Q00 and QualityNet participates in Quality Rankings every three (3) months. The ranking measures how well the company has achieved the total average of five compulsory questions, which are set by Finnish Tourist Board.

The condition to enter to the Ranking List is to achieve at least 4,00 or more as the total average.

There was 81 clients, who answered the questionnaire and from them the following per cent rated Upitrek with the highest score (5.00) :

- general tidiness 59 %
- general pleasantness 69 %
- staff expertise 81 %
- staff willingness to serve 88 %
- price-quality ratio 45%
