Winter feedback 2010 - average 4,65 |
Upitrek as a member of Quality 1Q00 and QualityNet makes regular customer satisfaction surveys. To see the summary of the feedback given by customers in winter 2010 (cross-country skiing tours, snowshoeing tours, multiactivity programs) please click here.
Due to good feedback Upitrek has entered the QualityNet Ranking List January - March 2010!
Upitrek as a member of Quality 1Q00 and QualityNet participates in Quality Rankings every three (3) months. The ranking measures how well the company has achieved the total average of five compulsory questions, which are set by Finnish Tourist Board.
The condition to enter to the Ranking List is to achieve at least 4,00 or more as the total average.
There was 81 clients, who answered the questionnaire and from them the following per cent rated Upitrek with the highest score (5.00) :
- general tidiness 59 %
- general pleasantness 69 %
- staff expertise 81 %
- staff willingness to serve 88 %
- price-quality ratio 45%

Upitrek was founded on March 1st in 2000 so in a couple of weeks we will celebrate our 10 year anniversary. The annniversary will be in the middle of the high season so we will celebrate skiing along the Eastern border.

Tour packages to Kainuu Orienteering Week |

Kainuu Orienteering Week is one of the oldest orienteering weeks in the world.
It attracts every year approx. 4000 orienteers of all ages to compete and enjoy holidays.
Upitrek provieds all inclusive tour packages to Kainuu Orienteering Week 2010 which will be held in Puolanka July 5 - 10. |

The Finnish Tourist Board recommends companies, who have proved their customer satisfaction to be on a high level based on regularly conducted QualityNet customer satisfaction surveys.
